Process Belts

Solid Steel Process Belts from Belt Technologies are fabricated from superior grades of carbon steel or stainless steel. The full series of belts features high tensile strength and dimensional uniformity. They provide long life, low friction conveying without the vibration induced by other types of belting. Surfaces are easily cleaned and sanitized using chlorinated water or other cleaning agents. The smooth surface of the Belt Technologies Solid Steel Process Belt minimize embedded particles, and insure sticky materials, colors, or other contaminates do not permeate the belt material.

Rubber vee-ropes are routinely attached to the underside of the solid steel belts to provide a stable tracking characteristic. Matched pulleys are available to insure optimum power transmission from drive system to belt.

Joints can be riveted or welded to form an endless belt.
